Program Rules

This is the rules for WeDoTransformations loyalty program (the "Program").

These rules (the "Rules") contain the general terms, available on the App, governing the Pointpal loyalty program, aimed at users, natural persons.


1. What is Pointpal?

Pointpal is a Loyalty Program that provides benefits to its Users, including the ability to earn and redeem Points within our portfolio of Active Coaches. The purpose of Pointpal is to reward the loyalty of users who purchase products offered by nutrition clubs (Active Coaches).

The purpose of Pointpal is to serve as a support medium through which Active Coaches, who sell products through their nutrition clubs, award points to their customers for purchasing these products. In other words, any type of benefit or recognition will be awarded at the discretion of the Active Coaches, but Pointpal will be responsible for transferring these points to the customers.


2. Key Terms to Understand the Program

  • Ecosystem: The set of Active Coaches offering their products through the Pointpal APP to their clients, granting Points that can be redeemed at any time with the purchase of products and services.
  • Active Coaches: Refers to coaches enrolled in an active challenge with WeDoTransformations, who have completed their registration through the WeDoTransformations APP and whose products are available for users to access benefits.
  • Points: Intangible resources that Pointpal and the Active Coaches provide as incentives for user interactions and purchases of the offered products through the Program.

The incentive allows for the purchase of products and services by redeeming Points through channels provided by Pointpal and the Active Coaches.

  • Natural Person User: Registered in the Program, enjoying the benefits offered in the Ecosystem by the Active Coaches.

3. What Should I Do to Enjoy the Benefits?

  • Register in the Pointpal Program through the App.

You cannot create an account if:

  • You have an identification document that is in the process of being issued, canceled due to double registration or attempted registration, identity theft, sex reassignment (In the case of Colombia, when a person changes sex, their base document is canceled and a new one is issued with a different gender).
  • You have a false identity, are under judicial interdiction, do not have an issued document, are a minor, or are deceased.

You may only register if you are a natural person, of legal age, with an identification document, according to your nationality.

Remember that the account and its management are personal. By registering in the Program, you declare that you understand and accept the conditions established in the Program Rules. WeDoTransformations may authorize some of its Active Coaches to register Users through their channels or other channels.

WeDoTransformations reserves the right to register, access, use, and exclude from the Program.


4. Do I Have to Provide My Personal Data to Register?

Yes, to register you must provide data such as:

  • Name
  • Surname
  • Mobile phone
  • Email address

Additionally, you must authorize the processing of personal data. By doing so, you become a member and beneficiary of the Pointpal Program. Note that you are responsible for the information provided during registration and for keeping it up to date. Any errors, omissions, lack of updates, or false information will be your responsibility.

By claiming any benefit from the Program, you authorize WeDoTransformations to publish your name and the benefit received in any advertising medium, without compensation and without additional authorization.

Your personal data will be processed according to the authorization you give at the time of registration and the Personal Data Protection Policy, published here and in the App.


5. What Could Be the Status of My Pointpal Account?

Your account may have different statuses based on your behavior in the Program or your decision. The statuses can be:

  • Active: Accounts where the User is registered and has accepted the Rules and personal data processing. The User will accumulate Points and can redeem them to purchase products and services if they are an App user and have completed email authentication.
  • Blocked: Accounts that cannot redeem or accumulate Points in some cases, or log in. The account may be in this state by the User's choice or because WeDoTransformations modifies it upon evidence of misuse. To unblock it, you must contact WeDoTransformations through the user service channels. The responsible area will review the case, and based on its analysis, WeDoTransformations may change the status of a blocked account to active, closed due to fraud, or closed.
  • To Be Closed: Accounts where no accumulation or redemption transactions are evident for one (1) year. The account will remain in this state for three (3) months and will then be closed.
  • Closed Due to Fraud: Accounts where misuse that harms third parties, Active Coaches, or WeDoTransformations is evident. WeDoTransformations may prevent the same User from registering.
  • Closed: Accounts that, at the User's request, decide to withdraw or meet the term of the "To Be Closed" status or the death of the holder. This account cannot be reactivated. If the User re-enters the Program, they will need to create a new account and start with a zero (0) balance. If the closure was at the User's decision, and they have a Points balance, these Points will be lost. Once the account is closed, Points will be lost. Accounts in the closed state will not accumulate Points.

6. What is the Active Coach Network?

It is the portfolio of Active Coaches registered in the WeDoTransformations program, who are given the benefit of offering their healthy products through Pointpal, allowing you to accumulate and redeem your Points when purchasing these products. Among them are the Active Coaches, who provide you with products and services that, when acquired, can grant you Points, allowing you to accumulate Points in your personal account.

In turn, products and services can be purchased by redeeming Points, as defined by the Active Coaches, meaning they determine the number of Points awarded and how they are redeemed. In the Ecosystem, you will find Active Coaches enabled for accumulation and/or redemption.

The Program may include and exclude Active Coaches without prior notice.

The products, services, and benefits offered by each Active Coach are subject to inventory availability and the terms and conditions established for each.


7. What Does the Program's Benefits Portfolio Include?

The Program's benefits portfolio allows for:

  • Accumulating Points for transactions carried out through Active Coaches' channels with Pointpal availability, according to the conditions defined by each.
  • Participation in events and promotional campaigns organized by WeDoTransformations or its Active Coaches. In specific campaigns to accumulate or redeem Points, communication will be made through channels provided by WeDoTransformations for your participation. Campaigns will have a defined validity period.
  • Redeeming accumulated Points to access products, services, and experiences.
  • Accessing special discounts offered by Active Coaches.
  • Accessing other benefits, informed to Users through channels provided by WeDoTransformations.

Remember that changes to the benefits will be communicated through channels provided by WeDoTransformations, so you are aware of the new conditions.


8. What is Point Accumulation?

Accumulation occurs when Points are added to your account for purchasing products or services paid with money and Points offered by Active Coaches, where accumulation benefits apply, or for interactions in Programs that encourage the awarding of Points. In these cases, only the money portion will accumulate.

Active Coaches that apply for Point accumulation define the terms and conditions, equivalence between the purchase value and Points received, the time it will reflect in your account, restrictions, and other conditions. WeDoTransformations is not responsible for defining the terms and conditions regarding the equivalence between Points and purchase value, as this is solely attributable to the Active Coach.

If an error or inconsistency causes an accumulation of more Points than you should have received, WeDoTransformations will contact you to reverse the accumulated Points transaction. If the error is found to be induced by you, WeDoTransformations may determine if you are excluded from the Program. If the error results in fewer Points accumulated than you should have received, WeDoTransformations will add them to your account.

WeDoTransformations will request documentation supporting the transaction to make the necessary adjustment. The Points balance and account status can be checked through channels provided by WeDoTransformations. Accounts in a closed or irregular situation will not accumulate Points.

WeDoTransformations, complying with national and international tax legislation, when applicable, may annually report in the exogenous information reports the Points balance held by Users due to Point accumulation according to the described conditions, as well as income and expense operations between WeDoTransformations, Users, and Active Coaches. The information will be reported according to guidelines set by the competent authority.

Active Coaches may restrict their employees from accumulating Points.


9. What is Point Redemption?

Redemption occurs when you exchange accumulated Points awarded by Active Coaches for products or services offered in the Ecosystem and channels provided by WeDoTransformations.

When redeeming Points, you will need a QR code available in your App.

Points cannot be exchanged for money. The equivalence of Points will vary according to the Active Coach or redemption channel.

The amount of Points needed for a purchase will be informed at the time of redemption, strictly defined by the Active Coaches.

To purchase a product or service from an Active Coach or through WeDoTransformations channels, you can redeem:

  • Points Only: You can obtain the product or service solely with Points if you have the necessary amount. The Active Coach will define if this applies to their portfolio.
  • Money + Points: You can define the number of Points used to acquire the product or service. The remainder will be paid with Money. The Active Coach will set the minimum number of Points to redeem. It is up to the Active Coach to grant Points for the percentage paid with Money. Points will

Active Coaches will establish the minimum amount of Points to redeem the product or service depending on the channel. Active Coaches may modify the established amounts at any time, either permanently, temporarily, or for a specific segment of Users. If the minimum amount for redeeming Points changes, it will be announced through the channels provided by WeDoTransformations.

Redeemed Points will be automatically deducted from the User’s balance. The transaction can be completed as long as you have sufficient balance and the Active Coach has available units of the product or service.

A User with a blocked account cannot redeem their Points while in this status.

Active Coaches may restrict their employees from redeeming Points.


10. What is the Validity of Accumulated Points for Redemption and Accessing Program Benefits?

Accumulated Points will have a minimum validity of one (1) calendar year from the moment they enter your account.

Active Coaches may set longer expiration periods, which will be published in the channels provided by WeDoTransformations. Upon redeeming Points, those nearing expiration will be debited first, and the ones with greater validity will remain.


11. What Should I Do If I Want to Claim a Warranty for a Purchased Product and/or Service?

For changes, returns, cancellations, and warranties of products, the policy defined by the Active Coach providing the product or service where redemption was made will apply.


12. What is the Pointpal QR Code?

It is a code assigned to your account in the App, which you will use to complete purchases of products or services in the App.

You can purchase products or services with only Points or by combining them with Money. You can accumulate Points for the portion paid with Money using any payment method authorized by the payment gateway.


13. What Are the Events and Campaigns Promoted by WeDoTransformations to Accumulate and Redeem Points?

WeDoTransformations may offer additional benefits to accumulate and redeem Points:

  • Drawings: Registering the QR code in activities related to the Program or purchasing certain products or services may automatically enter the User into various promotional events. The conditions of the drawing can be checked through the channels provided for this purpose.
  • Extra-Points: Marked products or services will deliver a higher number of Points as informed by the Active Coach. The system will assign additional Points automatically or according to the communicated strategy.
  • Event Invitations: Receiving invitations to special events.
  • Special Recognition Offers: Offering preferential benefits.
  • Special Campaigns: With benefit plans to accumulate or redeem Points.

Campaigns or offers will be communicated in due course and will be governed by the published terms and conditions.


14. Security Conditions of My Personal Key?

  • The QR Code and your email will identify you as a User.
  • You are responsible for managing your account, which is personal and non-transferable.
  • The QR Code and your email will be required to access the platforms to manage your account and use your Points. They may also be required for transactions involving your data and Points.
  • WeDoTransformations, in addition to your email, may request other methods to validate your identity, such as biometrics, temporary codes (OTP), among others.

15. What Happens If I Want to Withdraw from the Program?

If you disagree with the Regulation or believe there was an error in registration and do not wish to be a member of the Program, you may submit a withdrawal request through the available channels. Accumulated Points can be used for products or services before the withdrawal request. Otherwise, these Points will be canceled on the day of withdrawal.

WeDoTransformations may remove Users from the Program who misuse their account or violate the Regulation. It may, at its discretion, suspend an individual User’s account, cancel their Program membership without recognizing the accumulated points in the personal account.

Misuse of the account includes events where accumulated Points are obtained illegally or fraudulently. WeDoTransformations is not responsible for misuse or fraud that occurs. The sale of Points or Program benefits by Users is not allowed, and if proven, immediate expulsion will follow.

You will lose earned Points when:

  • You are withdrawn from the Program with a Points balance.
  • Actions are proven that harm a third party or WeDoTransformations.
  • You pass away.
  • You cease to be an active member.

16. Channels for Addressing Requests, Complaints, Claims, and Suggestions?

Any request, complaint, claim, or suggestion should be sent to the email address info@wedotransformations.com.

When registering a PQRS (Requests, Complaints, Claims, and Suggestions), WeDoTransformations may request the necessary supports to address your request, complaint, claim, or suggestion. If this documentation is not available, WeDoTransformations will consider the information existing in the Program system as valid.

Please note:

WeDoTransformations may modify, suspend, or cancel benefits, and the terms and conditions of the Regulation, partially or entirely, at any time. WeDoTransformations will inform you of the decision through the method it deems appropriate.

In the case of suspension, termination, or definitive cancellation, either individually or collectively, of the Program, if you have Points in your account sufficient to enjoy the Program’s benefits, you will have a deadline established by WeDoTransformations to redeem them from the date the Program announces the suspension, termination, or cancellation.

WeDoTransformations recommends keeping informed of the terms, conditions, and benefits of the Program, including updates, by periodically reviewing the App.
